Barn Door 2000 Project Completed

Jimmy Webb has made the FA of one of the most beautiful and long standing projects in America. Barn Door 2000 V12 climbs a gorgeous off-set feature on near perfect southern sandstone. This is an extremely technical problem, and has thwarted any number of suitors over the past decade. It sits just a few yards from what Urban Climber called the “best boulder problem in America”, The Shield, also V12. While the development of new areas with thousands of new problems is always interesting, it’s great to see such a stunning and often-tried problem in the middle of one of the best established boulderfields in the US get sent.
