The Open Sky Project

Posted on 25. Feb, 2010 by in News

A while back I posted about my involvement with The Open Sky Project. Basically this is a link to a place where you can purchase bouldering products that I endorse. Right now it is mostly E-grips climbing holds (E-Grips has been one of my sponsors for several years) and some other things as well. The products that are available are only ones that I personally use or endorse. Hopefully there will be things like Five Ten shoes, headlamps, Organic crashpads, etc. None of my normal content will change in any way. I thought long and hard about this but in the end I hope this will lead to more and better blogging about bouldering and will benefit everyone. If there is anything you would like to see in the store, feel free to comment!

will there be a “ship to store” option where buyers can avoid shipping charges if the products are delievered to you and you are forced to climb where i want to climb so that you can deliver said goods?

can you link josh’s softgoods to your shopkeeper page?

    maybe link sharp end guides?

favorite CDs to spread your punk rawk?

I am in the process of getting as much Organic stuff on there as possible, I’ve just been super busy, and you will most certainly be able to Sharp End Books. All in good time.

also those dream pockets that were brought back…do you by any chance know when those will be up for sale on e-grips web site. Those look awesome and percect for powerful pocket moves such as the rose cross throughs demonstrated in abs nationals.

They are not on the E-Grips sit now, but they are available if you call E-Grips, they are from the set Joe’s Classic Jugs. I am also working on getting them on my opensky site, and hopefully they will be available there next week!
