Switzerland Video
Posted on 20. Jan, 2010 by B3 in News
A while back I compiled all of the footage we shot on our trip to Switzerland and made it into a 30 min bouldering video. My intent was not only learn how to edit, but to just show Switzerland to my friends. Vimeo won’t let me download the entire thing, so I am putting it on here in 3 installments. Here is the first one, it’s about 10 minutes long. Enjoy!
Untitled from Jamie Emerson on Vimeo.

Nice, although the initial starting music sucks Swissy @#$!# @#$# fondue style, it improves as the vid progresses thankfully. Can’t wait to hear the music at end of the 3rd vid – don’t let us down. GE

Sweet video, and for once a bouldering vid with great tunes (with the exception of what I can only assume is Bjork). Waiting for installments 2 and 3.

Very impressive strength tricks, guys! Can you do that stuff on real climbs too, or just on the boulders?

Well done sir! The music makes great sense with coffee in the system and hope for real rock. Remember some of that footage from the show in Laramie a while back.

Great video … and props for using Vimeo instead of Youtube. I always find the quality on Vimeo to be much better.

Nice work Jemerson, I enjoyed the vid and all the music. @ rael, I think they stand a better chance at doing that on ‘real climbs’ than you do.

AAAaaaaannd the bouldering / route debate ensues. You might as well compare Freestyle snowboarding to cross country skiing. BOULDERERS ARE NOT “REAL” rock climbers. If the route is say .. 30 ft. Or if the crux is close to the ground .. we can do it. But mixing disciplines?? Unacceptable. You’re either a beer drunk or a whiskey drunk. You don’t get to be both.

Looks like I’ll finally be able to see how this thing ends. The copy you sent me always stopped part way through with no way to get any further.
